How I work
Licensed and Accountable
Licensed REALTORs owe their clients a fiduciary duty — a legal obligation to put your interests ahead of ours. The Arizona Department of Real Estate enforces it, and you can look up my licence with them.
True Local Knowledge
Pricing a house in Scottsdale and pricing one in Peoria are different jobs. I work the whole Valley and price each one off its own comps.
When I think you shouldn’t sell
Sometimes the answer is wait six months, fix the roof first, or don’t sell at all. I’d rather tell you that than take a listing I don’t believe in.

Most of the job is unglamorous: pulling comps, walking properties, reading disclosures line by line, and occasionally telling someone a number they were hoping not to hear.

My compensation is negotiable and always agreed in writing before we start working together. In many cases the seller covers some or all of it, but that is not automatic and varies deal to deal. I'll walk you through exactly what you would owe, and when, before you sign anything or tour a single home.
We'll look at all the options together. Sometimes selling as-is makes the most financial sense. Other times, targeted improvements can meaningfully increase your net. I'll help you run the numbers honestly so you can make an informed decision.
